Well, I own nearly all of the FR books (as you do as well), and can say for a fact that they don't exist...YET. I think I heard of this on the Wizard forums though, and the first book may be out in 2004 or 2005.

I can't wait to read them! I am reading Crimson Gold now (kinda slow and not as good) and next is the The Sapphire Crescent! That cover art is some of the best I've seen in a while!! Lockwood is a freak'n GOD!
The Double Diamond series was released years ago, though it is hard to find now. I understand that the stories are not treated as canon, but are instead regarded as tales told by Volo.

They exist, I own a few of them.

They are not part of the main series. You read the first book, Abduction, and then at the end of the book, you get asked which group the main character want to ask for help, the Paladins or the Mercenaries. You read the book you choose.

Then each of those two books are asked a similar choice at their end, and so on. It's like a choose your own adventure book series.

If you follow the story you only get to read 6 books out of nine.

EDIT: They are very small book. The French version of book one has 89 page and is written in a big font. French version are usually longer, so...

Thanks for clearing that up for me. If they are not a neccesary part of my collection, then I will not attempt at trading my daughter to find and purchase them. It would still be a nicety to have, however, but I would want all nine, and not risk missing one.
