I only refer to the Sub Zeros and Scorpions from the first two games as all of the ones after them were just regurgitations of the orginal ideas and didnt really come up with anything new.
That said: In my book Sub Zero is definately coolest in MK1. Gotta love the spinal column rip fatality [img]smile.gif[/img] But Scorpion takes the cake in MK2. Those all-white eyes. The industrial look of his mask. The 'Toasty!' exclamation in his more famous 'incinerator' fatality. Not to mention his brutal hook-blade 'divider' fatality as well. Sub Zero just seems alot weaker in MK2, like not as much effort was put into developing his character as was done for Scorpion.
