Simply thief Script

Is there SO who can make for me (and for EO who need it ) simple thief script working this way:

Thief always try to hide in shadow , and while he is hiding he dont try to figt automaticaly, but when he is visible , he behave like normal melee fighter.

It will be cool if there will be option that if thief is invisible and other character like cleric or mage want to cast a spell at thief he become visible.And after spell is completed and casted he hide again.

Just this option , nothing more (like automaticaly used potion, changing weapon or other)

(i tried scripts which are already avaivable but IMHO they are overdone , and covered to many things which they shouldnt , what makes game rather like watching than playing)
