Its back, and the plot is even more enticing then ever. If you missed it, here is the gist of it. Jack Bauer is still grieving about his wifes death, he and Kim blame him. Now, he's not working in CTU (Counter Terrorist Unit) anymore, but when President Palmer (thats right, president) gives him a call about a nuclear device going off in L.A. today, he starts working again. Kim has a job as a babysitter, and the father is an abusive one, and might have some ties to the terrorists, but that might be revealed in the future, thats what I made of it.

Question Mark

I agree completely! I've been waiting months for this show!

I don't think the abusive father has any ties to the terrorist group, unless he happens to work at the same company. However, that woman (I can't remember her name) has a sister who is marrying one. Don't forget the power struggle that has already begun inside Palmer's cabinet for control of the situation and its aftermath--this could change the course of his Presidency.

And for the best part--no commercial interruptions!

I didn't watch 1 episode from the first season while it was on, BUT... I did buy the Season 1 DVD with every episode, and DAMN! Truly great show! I watched the new season opener and it looks good!!!! Yet another dang good show on TV.

Have you watched "The Agency?" -- About the CIA, it's on CBS.. Another great show... same with Third Watch!

My bro is gonna get the DVD. But sorry, haven't heard of the Agency. 2nd episode, pretty cool, and i think the abusive father is related to terrorists. Also, i think that girl who works really hard in CTU is a double agent.

Last year there was only one TV show that I had to watch and that was 24. I saw every episode, changing schedules to make it possible. When it was on nobody was allowed to talk to me or interupt except during commercials. This year, to quote BB King "The thrill is gone." I haven't had any desire to watch.
