I wanna know at what level you were when they agreed or declined to join you.

As well as what your CHR was at the time. The guy that wrote this huge AI code didn't really tell anyone what the limits were...

This will help bigtime! Thanks guys!

Hmm, how does one know if the person is a henchman or not. I have talked to a few NPC's that tell me they are sorry that they can not help me.

I am on level one of the dungeon, am a half-orc Barbarian, with an 8 chr.

If these guys are not henchmen, can you point me in the right direction? Please

Roddybug and Moric on level one are both henchmen. The corrected update isn't online yet--I am adding some plot additions right now, so the henchmen fix will be online around 3pm EST.

So are all the main henchmen inside the Inn itself? If so, if/when you make some of the other locales within Waterdeep, will you be able to hire some of the people within other areas? (as in same character, but placed elsewhere in the game.) That might be a nice touch, and will inspire people to go searching through Waterdeep to find the henchman of their particular choice.

I do hope that the script for Cookie gets fixed soon. I was eager to have Lord BiscuitBritches hunt down some of his own brethren and perhaps get him a Kinslayer Greatsword... oh wait, he can't hold the bloody thing. Oh well, I'll get him a magical short sword and he can use that instead.

Two Fisted Goblin Deathbringing Bloodletting Goodness!

Forget that wuss, Minsc! Cookie will BE The "man" that shall BEAT "The Man!"

I hired Cookie last night and had some fun testing him out. Got him to do some scouting.

Only problem was that once I asked him to level up he kept having the leveling up sign above his head everytime we earn't some XP.

He is a fun little NPC though.

Im looking forward to hiring some theives from the theives guild.
