Playing in Under Mountain??

This may sound silly, but I was reading the "how to" topic, and it says that I can:

"9th-Pick a character or make a new one if your a brave soul, then press play.

There were no characters to pick from, so putting on the brave soul face I created a character to use. Actually I created 2, a sorcerer and a Barbarian. AnyWho, I got Massacred and exited the game, but when I came back I was unable to get any of these 2 characters. I feel as tho I should be able to save characters, but obviously do not know how, can somebody give me a hand.

P.S. Great Mod Z, you ROCK!!!

Hmmm, did you log out correctly? If so, they should have saved.. Odd.

To start out, you should go to the basement of the Inn and check the city out. You can also talk to Durnan in the inn, and he will level you up to level 7 and give you 100,000 gold to start you off.

Ahh I know what this is about. In the how to instructions there must be some parts left over from the local vault instructions. I will fix it up and make it more clear.

For great XP to help you out in the beginning check out the Tradeway.

Ok, so I went back in last night, and all the characters (4) I creted were there. I played for a couple hours,

How does one get to tradeway? is it in the town? And how do you know,If you can who is playing from the internet?

Tradeway is accessed from a gate in Waterdeep up near the market.

You can access the Trollbark forest from there but I'd advise you to take only higher level pc's in that place!

To see who's online on the game you click the bottom left button under your portrait (hmm.. could be the right one, LOL, yes, I think it is, the left one is for exiting etc) Anyway, it shows who's in the Undermountain by character name.
