Installed all the CEP, hakpacks, etc.
Loaded NWN (yes I have all the expansions) clicked Multiplayer
create new account:
Filled in username, password, verified password and email address
Clicked ok

It quickly pops up "Authorizing Player Name, and then, Player name authorized proceeding"
Then it pops up "You have been BANNED"

I've only just got SoU today, and just installed all the stuff needed. I have no idea why I'm banned, is this a common problem or have I done something wrong?
Any help is great !
Cheers

Is this before you even get to choose which server to log in to.

i.e have you selected to log into Escape from undermountain OR are you loggin into gamespy.

If your logging into Undermountain and it says your banned then its something Ziroc can fix (maybe an old IP address from a bad player)

If your logging into Gamespy then its a problem with the Bioware servers and you should contact them about it.

Hope this helps a little.

No it should be fine.

I would register your CD Keys on the Bioware forums and then ask in their Tech Forums.

Also are you on DialUp, ADSL or Cable ?

Try installing Gamespy but I don't think that will make a difference.

Cheers!

You have to regester with Bioware in order for your CD Key to be activated for on line play. In some cases people stole CD Keys and used them long before the game with that CD Key was ever sold to you.
If that is the case Bioware will correct the problem or have you return the game for a replacement.
Contact Bioware at:

http://www.bioware.com

use this link to get to bioware then you will need to register with bioware and then that creates an account after that look for [register your game] under NWN or it may ask you if you wish to register or you can regester right from your game install disk. with this many OR's you can row to bioware LOL !

Another question, or a few:
do I just need to sign up on bioware and register my CD keys, or install gamespy etc. etc.

also which CD Keys should I register, all of them? or is it just the OC, or just HoU and SoU ?

Yes, go to Bioware and make an account and enter each key for the correct Game/Expansion. Make sure you match the keys to the correct games.

After you do this, you are all set!

If EfU uses Fast French's NWN/APS4 then the module will automatically ban anyone joining within the first 20 seconds, by default, which is to give time to the server to set up.
