Saw area 11! My thoughts on it

Man...level 10 is so hard because those feraking lizards can see through my invisibility and are tougher than anything I have ever encountered! When I managed to run around and lose them and accidently tripped upon level 11's door, I was assaulted by many men with many arrows. I felt like a porcupine, as I was running around carrying so many arrows in my body that I could not see my own avatar! Damn! I mean, like 200 arrows were sticking outta my ass! I ran and ran then jumped into a hut that warped me back to dang level 10.

A dude was online with me playing the mod for the first time and had never seen 10. He was uncomfortable speaking English, so we played the whole game in Spanish, as I discovered that he was from Spain. That was fun. I have never played in Spanish dialect before. It was a new experience to cuss a white streak in another language!

So you think those desert dudes are too hard? I am thinking of lowering their AC a bit.

how about their rate of fire. I can relate to Larry's description of a porcupine. They each must fire at least 8 times a round, lol. What a pain, literally. I haven't found them too hard to kill, i just wish they would run out of arrows, lol.

I don't know if the rate of fire is too high or their AC is high, but those archers on 11 are TOUGH!!! Even though our group survived, I walked away feeling like I was the new inmate at a Federal Maximum Security prison.

If it hadn't been for an uber dwarf doing 150 hps of damage per hit, I doubt our party of 4 would have survived.

Hell, the only thing I could do was hide behind the ruined wall and watch the arrows bounce off it. At least they did not try moving around to get a better shot.

Well I finally made it to level 11 and Larry I see what you meen. First time I have ever seen a Bow made by ozzie. Someboby should send some to the middle east the war would be over in an hour.

So Ziroc now that my PC is a pin cussion what do you have in mind for level 12, thermal nuclear delay blast Fireballs for your Lichs. LOL

The lizards can't be killed by anything I have in the way of weapons in fact ALL the weapons I have say when I hit them "YOUR WEAPON HAS NO EFFECT ON HIM". Then they kill me.

No wonder people are bringing in UBER PC's, without them your dead meat!!! none of my legal PC's can even survive long enough to even get to the gate down to level 11 I had to get my level 20 Fighter/Mage to get past the Lizard men and load up with 40 Delay blast fire balls just to get through them.

I don't like to cheat but after my 85th death I got pissed and went and got my mega man and wasted everything in my site. I built one PC MONK I call red death and he has fists that are +30 weapons so even when stripped naked I can waste every Uber PC that messes with me on other sites. He is the only PC I could kill the lizard men with, never thought I would ever need him at EfU. I don't think I'll ever get all the arrows out of him, LOL.

Red Death? Hey! I should like to introduce him to my buddy, Black Death! Maybe the two of them together might survive at least 3 mintutes in Chapter 11. Whatcha think?!

Hi Larry and everyone I'm sorry I haven't been around for the past week but, do to a traffic accident, My cable was off line. Some drunk fool hit the main telephone pole that has the main transfer box for the Cable system in my neighbor hood. The pole was destroyed and it tore the cable out for about 150 houses around it. The poll carried power and phone lines too, so they fixed the power and phone lines first and then the cable company finaly got to work on it.
About and hour ago the cable rep came to my house and said they would be reconnecting my house to the system shortly and I should have T.V. and internet back on about 12:15 today.

Well I'm back on line and it only took 4 days OF internet withdraws.

The Drunk guy that hit the pole was fried to a crisp buy the 100,000 volt power line after he got out of his car and tried to move the wires off his car. That's why I called him a fool, I guess he won't make that mystake again.

Larry about Black death & Red death lasting 3 mintutes in chapter 11.
I think if we have two of each we may last 3&1/2 mintutes

I going to try going through with my arcane archer (legal PC) and find A team in the mountain to travel with Hope to see you there.
