When I try to pick pocket I get a messge saying I can't because of PvP sttings. Where can I turn this off?

If you're playing MP, you can't. It's controlled by the server. If you are playing SP, I can't see where it would be a problem, you should be able to pickpocket NPC's, assuming your skill is high enough.
*makes note to find out what NWN's login name is, so I can check my pockets when he's around...*

I always play stand alone games. No multi-player at all. Maybe that's something else they could patch.
I'd like to see an auto sort option.
