I have looked all over at Ironworks and they only seem to have the gruntware xp-cap remover and it dosent work for me. I dont have ToSC installed. Is there another XP-cap remover except for the ones at ironworks?

Gruntware didn't work for me either.
There used to be some that worked at Team BG about a month ago, but I can't find them right now. Try looking around the tool's section.

You could also try one of the ones in the BG1 Ease of Use pack, if you didn't already have one.
