Messed up my game of BG1 under BGTutu somehow. Need letters from Mulaheir's chest to go chapter three. Proceeded to far in the game and don't want to restart. Could anybody tell me the codes for the letters please?

I think there's a command that allows you to trigger the next chapter. I remember Six mentioning it once when someone was having trouble with CK. Maybe it's Control+C?

Found the codes myself - but it doesn't work. The next chapter won't start. Buhuhu, what can I do? If there's the command Lord mentioned, please, let me know it. I am half way thru BG1 and really do not want to restart.

Go back to the Nashkell Mines to the room Mulahey was in, open his chest, place both letters in the chest, and then close it. Then reopen the chest and take both letters and see if the next chapter starts.

Thank you Lord ( I had to do this blasphemic thing once). Your hint was a good one. As soon as I opened Mulaheir's chest with the letters still in my backpack, it started the cutscene. Doubted your advice first because I thought the completion of the quest and thus the beginning of the next chapter was connected to the mayor of Nashkell (and he was already gone in my game), but you saved my day.
