[HOTU] Creating a new char.

Since there were some really great custom mods available at the time, I never finished SOU. Meaning, I really don't have a semi-high level character available to upload into HOTU. How much of a problem will this be?

No problem.

You can choose a premade character from the list, there are lvl 15 choices. If you create a new character you will be leveled up to lvl 15 in the first area.

I tried it yesterday, out of curiousity. I now have my SoU char (ranger/arcane archer)in one game and a really cool bard/red dragon disciple in the other. I chose to manually level up. It's time consuming but the only way to do the prestige class from the start, if you want one.

Mmm oh joy, finally I can make the ultimate whoopass dude [img]smile.gif[/img]

A fighter 10/rogue3 weaponmaster 2 that sneaks up to thoose pesky drow with their nasty spell resistance and spells of mayhem.. they don't look so happy once the flurry of whirling steel appears with a fanfare from what must be the best bard ever!

Dum dum duuum and whop whop whop

Deekin is the bomb.. or well a handgrenade.. or a chine perhaps but he is hilarious and makes it more fun. If one can have two henchmen, this game is starting to really grow good

With HoTU, it finally starts to feel like a competant game of serious fun!

Edit: Btw, how are the henchmen? Do they have more dialogue then in the previous chapters.. and how many creatures can you have in your party?

I only play with Deekin and I did so in SoU (though not finished that yet) but in HotU he says more and depending on some choices you can make he has really funny dialogue. You can have 2 henchmen in the OC, once you have m ore the first will leave, then there are lots of summons and familiairs so I don't know tyhe exact number of creatures you can have
