What are the best mage robes or cloaks to get? what are the best spells? also, how many 9th level spells do you get at 20th? The one thing I hated about SOA was the inability to mem. 9th spells. There ARE scroll cases right?

IMHO the best robes are the _____ robes of the archmagi, with either white (good), gray (neutral), or black (evil.) At level 20 you get 4 level 9 spells, more depending on your intelligence. You don't get scroll cases, but you have more than enough space for scrolls.
