I suffer this error when trying to advance into next chapter. as a result i need to play the next chapter as all new character, fresh inventory and level 1 ~~!!! helpppp...
ps: was it bcoz of the player stat i altered? what do i do now??

Yes, if you use the cheat console it apparemtly flags your character as illegal, thereby not allowing you to move onto the next chapter. Price you pay for cheating I guess. Somebody else may know of ways to fix it, I've never used the cheat console myself.

If you really want you can edit nwnplayer.ini, find this line
Single Player Enforce Legal Characters=0 Change the 0 to a 1 and it will let your character into the next chapter.
