Go North of the Green Griffon Inn
When you get to the intersection, go to the right. Follow this up to the zombies. Dispatch them. Go into the small building. Talk to the caretaker.
If you choose the correct options, he will give you a key. You can then
use this and go through the gate. This will take you to the Crypt (Really small building, just past the gates) where you can find Brother Torias. He is in the main room festhall. Be careful there as he is a high level lich. Take help if you are lower level.

Go all the way North from the entrance and you will find the TOMB key in a chest. Hang to the West (taking the ramp across from the middle as you head back South. Then cut across and go North. There are a LOT of zombies here, so you might want to take Linu with you (she is good with undead.)
