I dont have anything like photoshop so I cant make custom portraits can someone do it for me? Here is where the pick I want to use is

You can get the portrait you are after here:
http://www.nwnguide.com/downloads/portraits.php Actually they have all the ports from BG2, IWD, and IWD2, and some of the hirelings and NPC's from NWN that all ready wern't available.
