Is this a known bug, or am I doing something wrong? I equipped the staff before realizing it was cursed, then went to the temple at Ishad N'ha to remove the curse. It's not working. The staff is still equipped, and the curse remains.

Make sure you've got enough space in your inventory for the staff to go after you remove the curse. One full vertical line should do it. If you don't have enough space, it may go back into your hands, re-cursed.

I think Bungleau nailed it. Would have been nice if they would have given you a warning "You do not have enough space in your inventory" but, alas, no such warning exists.
