Gidday, how can bards learn Fiend spells? - when going up a level I can't select the Fiend spell book to learn a spell from it (even though I am level 2 in fiend)

because a bard usually doesnt train in fiend. a class that does not usually train in a spellbook, the actual skill of that book is cut in half, so you can only learn lvl 1 fiend spells, if you have lvl 2 fiend skill.
