I got the ring from Nivius's body and took a spiecal journey to the caves of Ishad'Na to the oraclce showed them the ring they said "look to the west and i was wondering were do they open up the entrance to the other side of the map?

I think you have to ask them about "Destiny." Just keep talking to them and ask them everything in the talk list. It's useful information as it lets you know what to do when you get to Ishad N'ha.
