how do i do the second priest guild quest in the 2nd town?? i have to find out what happened to some guy.

The second priest quest. Is that the Janthil quest? Sorry, my memory is shaddy (I'm only at the Serpent Temple right now). If it's that quest, you'll find him walking in the area between the entry to the Stout mine and the entry to the Dragon Spire. He's usually in the upper portion of that area. All you have to do his give him the scroll.
