Does anyone know where the scroll that Adrianna(in Skull Caslte) wants is located? And is the reward worth it?

. . The Scroll of Banishing is in Mada Mabbig's room in the lower dungeons. Adrianna will give you a choice of two treasures. I always took the ring and then sold it. Note: unless you have the 1.0 patch equipping the ring will crash the game.
