I am new to this forum and just want to say it is excellent and oh so nec'y.

I have three questions:

1. I killed Scantrill (he had it coming). How can I still become an assassin.

2. I lowered the drawbridge while in ninja training. When I returned to the dojo and entered, nothing happened. Help?

3. I have added at least 65 kills to my stats during barbarian training and nothing happens when I enter the warrior's guild. Suggestions?

Thanks, ruthafud

1) Talk to Wyvern!

2) Go back and check the drawbridge. If it's up again, lower it. If you entered the castle before getting Ninja credit, it may have reset it.

3) Are you sure they're UNIQUE kills? It has to be him/her doing the killing, not assisting. Best bet: leave the others at the Inn and go out and slap fish in the Snake River. When you've bagged 20, come back and get credit.

1) As far as I know, if you've killed Scanthril without getting the assassin's dagger from him, there's no way to become an assassin.

2) Perhaps the character training to become a ninja was not the one who actually lowered the drawbridge....the dojo will not recognize the training as complete if one of the other partymembers lowered the drawbridge, I believe.

3) I never put any of my characters through the training to become a barbarian, so I may be wrong in this one: Do all of these kills have to be in one outing? To become a Monk, one must spend two consecutive days out in the wilderness, with no returns to town. Maybe you have to make all 65 kills in one outing, without returning to town during the killing spree....
That's the only thing I can think of..........

Anyone else have any ideas?

Whew....you all are FAST! And your answers are probably a heck of a lot more helpful than mine...and they're probably right, as opposed to mine!

CyberPixie!

Don't sell yourself short!

Your answer to #2 is a possibility!

(I was guessing on three myself since I remember having read something to that effect just today lol)

regarding question number 2, thanks cyberpixie, you were correct. the game only recognizes when the actual person training to be a ninja lowers the bridge. thanks, again.

Woohoo! I got one right! Glad I could help Ruthafud.

Thanks for the boost Moni Even though I have finished W&W, I am still rather a newbie at these types of games, so most of the time, I second guess myself. Bad Pixie!
