Has anyone read the book Baldur's Gate? I did and I found it a little disapointing... I think I could've done a better job.

The Baldur's gate book, and many books along the same type of story line can be found in the "Forgotten Realms" series... I have seem them at large book stores like Barnes and Noble/B Dalton and I am sure that Amazon has them. Warning: you probably don't want to read the book if you haven't beat the game as it follow the same basic plot.

I wanted to read it as well but I've heard too much bad stuff about the book. That's sad. Think I'll pass.

I'm going to start reading these sooner or later.

How does the book deal with NPC's?

I am not sure what you mean by how the book deals with NPCs, could you be a little more specific?
Thanks, Maj

Hail Maj, one of our loyal KAK members!

Lavindathar means that of the NPCs you meet playing BG, how many of them are in the book (-s), are any in the book (-s), and if so, how are they implemented. I guess it means are they like their computer personas, similar to them, or nothing like them. That sort of thing.

Yeah, like, who joins your party?

Who's in your final party, are the NPC's in the game same persona's as the book?
Do you have a party etc.

Amazon's review:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...glance&s=books

From what I read of the 20 excerpt pages Amazon posted, it's gonna suck. !
