It's in Baldurs Gate I know, not sure where but I think its the section with the building you go to fight Sarevok but he chickens out. It's near the east border.

The Three Old Kegs tavern is located on the Ducal Palace map, upper right hand side, above Oberon's house (the place for the skyship parts).
