Suddenly my Teleport spell doesn't work! Here's what I've tried:
Tried with two different characters - no luck. Tried using one character to Create Portal, another one to Teleport - no luck. Could I have forgotten to Create a Portal? Loaded a previous game, Created a portal, stepped a few steps off, tried to teleport - no luck. I'm in the Lost Sea, on the island where I found the Sword in the Stone. Maybe teleport doesn't work in the Lost Sea area? Maybe magic doesn't work on this mystical island? (But Call To Home works fine) Maybe teleport doesn't work after you find the Do-Nachi? Maybe I'm losing my mind? Throg <=== at wit's end P.S. I'm playing with the patch |

Hi Throg, I have read something about this before. It seems there are only a couple of areas you can use the teleport spell where you are at. I didn't do a search (would normally) so I don't have the exact areas, but you can. Hope this helps. God speed!

Throg: There are some problems with teleporting in the Lost Sea area. The three areas it seems to work are:
1) Just outside the Shrine of Anephas' rear exit (where the pirates are) 2) Near the 2nd altar of Serran in the far southern area 3) The entrance to the Isle of Sands (far western side) These are 3 places that I personally have gotten to work with a teleport. I'm not sure of the others; but I have flubbed teleports in that region. So it's not you. -Sazerac |

This is such a silly question but I just have to ask it: You did do CREATE PORTAL first, didn't you??? (I knew you had, just had to ask)
