System croaks on Jaheira polymorph

When I try to turn Jaheira back to her normal form, the system croaks and dies. Is this a known bug? Does the ability actually buy anything? I suppose you could use it for scouting if she isn't automatically attacked by evils.

Jaheira's polymorph has no effect on enemy reactions to her, the only advantage it has is that the bear forms are more powerful that Jaheria in human form is (At least in theory, IMHO jaheria at higher levels is far better).

TO fix the crash on returning to human form you need to replace on of the .bif files. Dunno which one, its the one that contains the spells. Probably the easiest thing would be to reinstall the game.

never crashed on me doing that i must admit, but hes right at anything over about level 5 your probably way harder than any bear is going to be, the additional hps and damage is weighed out by fact you have probably got a +3 weapon plus as a human you got more flexibility and have far less desire to scratch your own behind [img]smile.gif[/img] (which can be very debilitating midfight and with a big ole claw on your hand, i couldnt sit down for a month,.... hmm but thats another story entirely [img]tongue.gif[/img] )
