List of Quests

Found an excellent list of quests given in the towns (Topic: complete quest list), but is there a list that also includes other quests (e.g. Gorthius, Erzebette)?

Not that I know of but that certainly would be a very useful list!! Wonder if we can find a volunteer to create such a thing!

Okay, I know what that wink's about, Wyvern!

Okay, let me give it a whirl:

VALEIA:

• Mekdawa: The Ukabu quest (same as the 1st Warrior's Guild quest) Reward: none, except it keeps the storyline moving...and when you complete it, you get 5 HP from touching the Toadem pole.
• Bilbump: Deliver the Rat Pie quest. Reward: learn how to get into (and, later, out of) the Crypt.
• Harespia: the Serpent Wand quest. Reward: Orb of Clarity
• Gorthius: the Rogue's Lockpicks quest. Reward: H'Thark tells you a lot more about everything than he does if you just poke him with a hot rod.
• Kerielle: the Algamesh Amulet quest. Reward: either return it to her for the Naga elixir, or blow off the quest and keep it for yourself (50% poison resistance).
• Nivius: the First Watcher quest. Reward: the Signet of the Mavin.
• The Oracles: the Second Watcher quests: a) find the Face of Death (Masque) and b) use it to free D'Soto from Haleabus.[/list]

  • Scanthril: Two quests: a) Find what happened to Grundel (the burned body north of the Stout mines, and b) Kill Raskalion. Reward: the Assassin's dagger, which can be used for the Assassin Role ascension.
  • Erzebette: Deliver Hephaestus' letter quest. Reward: Hephaestus gives you a rather useless wand.
  • Ardibren: the Save D'Soto quest. Reward: After freeing D'Soto, he tells you how to get the Mavin from Erathsmedor and gives you the Shroud of Elsera (in a chest in a hidden room).
  • Raskalion: the Rob the King quest. If you league with Raskalion instead of killing him, he tells you how you can rob one of the King's treasure chambers without getting caught. No big deal; most people pick the key off the King anyway.
  • Freyedies: the Dragon Ore quest. Reward: Receive Dragon Armor, which is required to get into Dragonspire, and which any character (including Monks and Warlocks) may wear.
  • Urthdala: the Dragonshard quest. Reward: Clear the boulders and get the final Dragonshard hidden by Kol. Additional bonus: get a Divine Sigil with some good resistances and, when invoked, gives +1 to Spirituality.[/list]
    BRIMLOCH ROON
    
    
    • Talrik: the Longtooth Hide quest. (No, longtooths aren't vampires, they're wildcats!) Bring Talrik back any longtooth hide (doesn't have to be from Skull Island) and he'll give you a map (clue) to his treasure. The real reward is a good hint on how to find Collasium, not the Treasure.
    • Adrianna: the Scroll of Banishing quest. Retrieve the Scroll of Banishing for Adrianna (in Mada Mabig's room) and she'll both a) Make you a vampire if you want to be, and b) either give you a Key to the Lich's treasure or the Vampire Ring (don't equip it unless you're playing with the patch).
    • G'Ezzered Ra: (in Skull Castle): Sends you on a quest to retrieve the Ancient Relic to recharge his staff. Reward: you get the Staff of Death which unlocks Anephas' shrine (after Cet does his "thang" with the Lich).
    • Kerah: (in the Temple of Isis): Sends you on a quest to "bring the light to Anephas' altar, which has the effect of resurrecting his Ash.
    • Anephas: has 2 quests for you: A) the Retrieve the Tablets quest from Collasium so you can unlock Cet's pyramid, and B) the Activate the Portal Quest (in Cet's pyramid). In addition, Anephas tells you how to recharge the Mavin and the Staff of Death.
    • Vermoura: Mermaid on a "scavenger" hunt, sends you to find her the 3 tablets. Later, when you bring them to her, she reveals her "true self."
    • G'Ezzered Ra (in the Pyramid): begs you to retrieve and burn his heart in the Urn of the Black Flame to free his mortal self. If a female character does this, and returns to the Temple at Brimloch Roon, she becomes a Valkyrie.
    • Cet: Gives you the choice to join up with him. It's up to you.
    • Anephas: (in the Pyramid) Assuming you killed Cet, Anephas will ask you for the Mavin. If you give it to him, he has Kerah give you her sword in return (a much better one than the Mavin, actually).[/list]
