I've tried give the dragon's arrow to Torin, but he doesn't accept (I tried to "use" and to "give" that arrow, still i couldn't
Somebody know why?
I realy love this game, by the way...

You must be standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF the person you are giving stuff to (talking range is no good) Get in Torin's face!

Okay, how much stuff have you already given to him? When his inventory fills up, he won't take any more. (Bad design! Bad, bad design!)

Just buy something (or pickpocket something) from him. He'll cheerfully take the next arrow from you then.

The same strategy can be used later on Talrik the Pirate.

I found Torin near Dragonspire I think. I was wandering around lost up north and ran into him and Janith [sp]. I always give quest items while the npc is talking. Yes, it gets confusing when they have multiple conversations, but at least he is standing still! And remember to have each member of your party give the item if you have more than one character doing each quest.
