Has anyone looted the Stout King's vaults? Is it worth it?

I used pickpocket skill (like most everyone else) to take his key & raid his treasury without getting into any battles with him orthe guards...got 2 Dragon armors from the room nearest him & lots of gold, gems & other stuff from in there as well as from the main treasury down the hall. If you aren't going to get into trouble for it, why not?
