Evil Eye

If you want, you can invoke the evil eye you get in the Boogre area to all your party. When you get the eye and later put it into the slot to get to the Idol of Aku to change back to normal form; All you have to do is take eye out of the socket and you can now invoke it again. Put eye in socket, then take out, and you can invoke it once again. Continue to do this and your whole party can have this skill. GOOD LUCK ALL

But what does Evil Eye do? I know it can be selected with the trait button, just like Cloak of Night, but does it do anything? Is it passive like Scout?

On that subject, what does Guardian Angel (when you invoke Kerah's Sword) do?

Evil Eye is not passive - it is an attack, the effects are rather like curse
Guardian Angel is a passive spell - it protects your character from attacks that would normally have killed your character - instead your character would still be alive with 1 hit point.

Evil Eye can also do some damage and I've seen it turn enemies to stone.
