Stout Mines

Hello. I'm in the Stout mines. I've thrown two switches had have made it as far as Ratscalian and the back entrance to the king's vault. I still can't find the burning cavern or the ore for the dragon mail. Is there another switch to turn? TIA.

there are two switch rooms one in the first mine you visit on the yrolley and one in the second this in fact makes 4 tracks in the second if I remember right.

From the beginning of the tracks (the room where one of the trolleys was broken), there is a switch off of the western track which controls the first fork on the eastern track in the room with the two trolleys. In the west fork of the Eastern trolley (Eastern one from the beginning), that leads to a switch for the fork further down from the eastern fork. I don't know, I can't put it into words. Basically, Raskalion was on the western path of the last fork, and to get to the Burning Caverns you need to take the eastern path from that last fork. The switch that controls that fork is the second switch you found. It took me a lot of backtracking to complete the area.
