If you are having problems with the bandit camp, there is an alternative way to deal with the bandits...

SPOILER:

In Peldvale you can join up with the bandits by pretending that you want to be new recruits. They'll then escort you into the camp and everyone will be friendly towards you. Then you can kill off the bandits at your own leisure.

I think this is simply a case of going to the bandit camp too early. I'd take it easy and do some of the maps around the coast areas, like the lighthouse area, the gnoll stronghold and eventually move on to the other maps in the area, getting items and experience as you go along. This way, you should be strong enough to deal with the bandits. Don't rush things, I usually head to the bandit camp once everyone in my party has around 30,000 experience points.

I don't know what class your main character is, but if he/she is a fighter of some sort then make sure that he/she is in the frontline at all times, as to take the brunt of the bandits arrows. Also if you have any archers in your party (ex: Imoen, Khalid, Minsc) have them use long-range attacks while the bandits are focusing on your "tank". If you have any mages in your party (ex: Xzar, Xan, Edwin, dynaheir) then have them cast magic missiles, chromatic orbs, charm spells, or whatever. If your mages are lacking spells, then just pay a visit over at the High Hedge and buy some. If you have any druids or clerics in your party (ex: Jahiera, Branwen), then use their many useful spells to help aid you. Druids have a charm animal spell (hint: theres a few bears near the south end of the Bandit Camp map), and Clerics have a Comand Dead, and Animate Dead spell. Both very useful.

Now if you're sick of the old fashion methods of fighting, here is a rather cheesey way (in my opinion) of killing everybody (except for the badies in Tazok's tent) at the Bandit Camp without even getting a scratch on your party. Theres a man by the name of Algernon at the Friendly Arm Inn (I think... maybe its Beregost). He has in his possesion a Nymph Cloak. Pickpocket the cloak off of him and use it to charm every bandit/enemy in the camp. I tried this during my current campaign and it was kind of fun. I even charmed that really really tough guy (can't remember his name) who has that nice armor. Anyways, this is the easiest way to beat the bandits. Oh and by the way, you ought to edit your thread title, it doesn't really bother me, but it may offend other people. There are plenty of other words you can use to articulate how strong you feel. And welcome to Ironworks!

Bandit Camp is way too easy, but then again I have a high enough inteligence that I have no need for obscene words. Then again who know's I might also have known to prepare myself a little better.

Hear, hear. Firestormalpha, you get an Ironworks Cookie.

Calsiumus, now hear this.
I hate spoilers, so I'll be oblique.
To find the Bandit Camp: Talk to people, read the notes that people drop, and check your Journal.
To get there without big losses: Avoid the Black Talon Elites. You hate 'em, I hated 'em, everybody hates 'em at one point or another. Compared to fighting clusters of Black Talons, the Bandit Camp is a doddle.
There is no such thing as a "Perfect Party," just lots and lots and lots of "Good Parties."

Oh, and by the way, Sir Heinrich? If you're really swift, you'll figure out how to clear the Bandit Camp while turning only ONE person hostile--the tallest one.
