Cannot find Dimension Door Scroll

This is my first game of IWD and HoW. I also have ToLM installed.
I have looked on various forums for help with finding the mage spell, "Dimension Door"
I found it's location on a site called "Mike's RPG Center"
I used an older save game to go there, (My current chars are in HoW).
When I went there, the scroll wasn't there.
I also checked both my mages for the spell.
I also used this older save game and checked most all the stores/shops for the spell and still couldn't find it, (thinking I may have sold it).

Then as a VERY LAST RESORT, I tried the code console.

I get this error after inputting the code for DimensionDoor, and Dimension Door:

"Item Does Not Exist"

I'm sure it wasn't in any of my scroll cases, and I haven't imported/Exported any chars yet.

Is there anything else I can do? I want to use it in HoW when I get to the area mentioned where it is needed.

You do not need Dimension Door to get that amulet. Just lure the Remorhaz to the bottom of the pit and attack using ranged weapons.

Meaning the Remorhaz is at the southern edge of the pit

When the Remorhaz dies, use one character to collect the amulet. He/She will not be able to directly walk over it, so wait a while and the looting screen will be forced open.

Thank you for your reply Dundee, I'll try the method you mentioned.

Funny thing just happened to me. I'm currently inside the mage tower on Burial Isle,
and didn't check this mage if he has "Dimension Door" scroll yet.
Well, I just checked and he does have it. So I scribed it, and may try it later also
