That's not a spoiler--a post detailing the exact locations of all the Tomes would be a spoiler.
What you're asking for is a quasi-cheat: A way to bring a 2nd copy of all the Tomes into your game, when you're perfectly capable of finding the legitimate ones on your own accord. Soldier on, sir, and enjoy victory. (I came, I saw, I read some Tomes)

You could always just straight out cheat and use the CLUAConsole way.
