I have Branwen in my party and she's nuetral but whenever I do something good or evil she gets mad and says I am not a worthy warrior or something like that. Is there any way to keep a nuetral happy or are they pissed no matter what?

Weel you shouldn't worry about it because I don't think she will leave you or anything unless you are on the evil side and I think nuetrals like to be in the popular area for thier reputation.

Any neutral NPC will be unhappy if your reputation reaches 19 or 20

but they won't leave.

If your reputation is rather low, they will complain.
If your reputation is VERY low, they will leave.
If your reputation is VERY high, they will complain.

Booting any NPC, not just Neutral ones, when they've been complaining will cause them to walk off and never return. If you want them to stay put, you must put the Party's Reputation to a level the character is content with, before you boot them.
