Hey guys, this is my first post on the ID board, as I usually reside in GD or BG1. But I got the game today, and I got it on the cheap, at only £9.99 (This is due to the newer DVD version coming out, replacing my version).
But, with that, I didn't get the Instruction book. Luckily, the game is almost identical as BG1 (or so it seems from looking at it very briefly - If I'm wrong, forgive!!!). Is their a copy of the manual online anywhere? Or does someone have the time to scan one in and send via email?? I'd really like to read the manual, and if anyone can help, I'd be most grateful.

Are you sure thats not pirated software? The game DOES come with a manual. You might want to delete this before you get in trouble

No, I know what pirated software is.
I have plenty for *BACKUP PURPOSES*. It is budgeted software, that is released cheaper due to a newer version coming out. It gets a new case, and a new label releases it.

The basics of the game are the same as for BG1.
The spell lists are different but you can find a list of both clerical and mage spells on the IWD site on Ironworks. Some major differences are: Available races do NOT include Half-Orc Available classes are standard D&D fare - no Barbarians / Sorcerors / Wild Mages / Monks etc. No kits No Specialty priests No Special High level Abilities (as per 10th level TOB spells) No Familiars NO DUAL WIELDING XP cap is 1.8 million for IWD XP cap is 30th level PER CLASS(!) for HOW Special Heart of Fury mode difficulty setting Will be happy to answer any specific questions.

I'll have to double check and post a link to site that has it. Both of the sies I had bookmarked are no longer up, and this site does NOT have an updated spell list that I can find.
