OKI.. HOW didn´t like my computer at all. Throw me out repeatedly to the desktop. So I had this idea to make a dual boot and try it out in WIN2k.. (The things you do..) So I was now wondering if anyone has tried this game on a AMD machine running WIN2k and if it is buggy or not??
Anyone??

I've been running BG1 and 2 and have just started IWD on an AMD pc with win2k....no problems at all. I used to run BG2 under Windows NT before as well with no trouble. Gave up on win 95/98 years ago as it was always bombing out. I think you'll find IWD a lot more stable under 2000.

Works great on my Athlon. Under Windows 2k.
If worse comes to wrose on W2k, a compatability layer can sometimes fix any problems (eg. Dungeon keeper 2 only works on my comp on the NT4 layer). 2000 is also a lot more stable. |
