Found in the pub, upstairs, at Kuldahar. Anyone know if it any use? I have left it there in previous games, but would like to know. Thanks

Talk to the inn keeper of the inn and confront him with the ring. If you talked to Arundel you know that Eidan is dead. He left his will behind but not in the manner a normal person would, for obvious reasons. Read the discription of the ring and go to the inn keeper.
