In all the games i've ever played, my party has been a "good" aligned group. I'm considering starting up and evil as well as neutral game,(and I'm extremely curious about using some of the shadier NPC's in BG) and i'm curious about the storyline. It seems to me that the whole story is geared mainly towards a good character. Are there alternate subplots and twists to accomodate for evil and neutral allignments? And will any of this change the overall idea of The Main Character Kills Sarevok AND Overcomes His Bad Blood To Become This Perfect Hero?
What kind of options do we have?

Nope, the main plot stays exactly the same. There are a few quests that give you options to express your Evil nature, and you can always invent new Evil things to do in the course of your day-to-day adventuring, but the main plotline is almost completely untouched by any murderous taint you wish to mar it with. In order to beat the game, you'll have to do the same goody-goody things you did before, and the ending is also unchanged.

::imagines alternate endings::
Neutral: PC speaks to Sarevok, Tamoko runs back in, all three meet some sort of compromise about where Sarevok can be evil so it won't upset the balance. Evil: PC joins Sarevok in world domination, killing off all other party members, and kills Sarevok once he is no longer useful.
