I was wondering if there is a tool that will allow us to extract the portraits from IWD and use them in BG, and the other way around,

The guys at Team BG have stuff for just about everything for the Black Isle/Interplay games including an unofficial expansion pack for Baldur's Gate! They DO, I believe have a portrait editing tool. |
