Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to unlock the many chests in the final level of Dragon's Eye? I have cleared the level including the boss Yaun-Ti. I am playing solo as a Fighter. I don't use cheats and I've looked around for an hour now. Does anyone know if there is a key or a way for a fighter to open those chests? Please email me at johndraugr@hotmail.com Thanx |

I went through there as a solo fighter. You can just bash the chests open. Click on your weapon icon so that it has a red outline. Then when you move the mouse pointer over the chests you'll get the attack cursor. Click and bash. You can open locked doors the same way.
However, most of the chests in this room are trapped. You'll just have to suffer the damage. Nothing else a pure fighter can do. |

I had my party's thief disarm the traps and pick the locks. Easy as pie for a 8th/9th dual classed thief/mage. Or, you can use knock to unlock them and have your highest hit point fighter open them, after moving everyone else outside in case one was trapped with an area effect spell.
