Just curious.
When you call them from the pocket plane, what's the highest level NPCs will spawn at? Or do the NPCs all spawn at a set level (like the ToB XP minimum or something)? TIA

They all spawn with same XP points. Not sure what it is. 2.5M or 2.75M I think.
