thac0 progression

I'm playing BG2 SOA+TOB with the official TOB patch; I know (I've found) that the base thac0 of a fighter decreases by 1 per level up to 0 at level 20, then to -1 at level 21, then it stops decreasing. The Cleric's thac0 decreases by 2 every three levels down to 6 at level 22, then stops decreasing.

What exactly does the un-nerfed thac0 mod on the Ease of Use mod do to change this? Do you use this mod?

I use this mod, and I have the same thac0 progression I think.

I used the "un-nerfing" component of Ease of Use for a while, and never noticed any changes to THAC0....or to Saving Throws, for that matter. All I saw was that Haer'Dalis could cast spells like Nalia, and Nalia could now cast like Edwin.
