I am in the undercity and have a necklace of missiles that I would like to use but I cannot figure out how to use it. Anyone know how it is activated?

Put it around your paper doll's neck (inventory). Then, return to the "game" screen. Click on the character that is wearing it, and then click on the button of a bag (satchel) on the lower toolbar. The necklace will appear, click it, then click your target and BOOM.
