Major Bug!

I've never had this problem before, but i just started a new game, and after the opening scene when Imoen comes out, she won't talk to me, and when i click on her it says she has nothing to say. Well i go past her and try talking to Minsc and Jaheria and the Golem, but the same thing happens. Whats up?

I suppose you have all the relevant patches and fixpacks ( www.bioware.com , http://rogers.members.com/mrkevvy). Odd that it would start happening all of a sudden though - unless you just upgraded to windows XP or something like that.

Or maybe you just (un)installed a mod, in which case you should try replacing your override/dialogue.tlk with the backups you created before you started playing with mods.
