What new things are brought to SoA from ToB.
I am going to upgrade in two day and I was just wondering if it was worth it? I also heard that when you enter the ToB areas you cannot return to the SoA areas... That true?

It is true that you cannot re-enter the old areas of SoA once you started the add-on section of Throne of Bhaal. I am not sure what you mean with new things. New areas?

Yeah new areas, new items any new things... Funs things, characters interfaces whatever...
Does it make it sh!t, that you can't enter the old areas? I would find that annoying, it takes a free range game and constricts it....

It is really just a continuation of the story. There is so much new stuff to explore, destroy, collect and heaps of new quests to complete. By the way, you can complete part of the expansion and still go back to SoA sections. Watcher's Keep can be completed during or after SoA.

Anyway, I think it is very worth playing, and have enough to do without going back to SoA sections. Just make sure you've finished all your quests before finishing SoA.
