I wanna change the appearance of my PC to the appearance of a drow with shadowkeeper ... but ... is this gonna give me any problems ??
He's gonna be a kensai/mage eventually.

The reason im asking is that i allready changed my PC to Elminster once for fun .. but once i casted Melf's Minute Meteors, the game ended, i suppose because that elminster animation wasnt able to throw rocks at people or something ...

So .. has anyone ever done this, and did it create any problems ?

Thx for any replies

Well, I havent tried with Drow, but I have tried many other appearences with SK, like Djinn and Solar, without anything happening. So my guess is that you're good to go.

The drow animation set is _intended_ to be used by your characters at one point in the game, so it includes all the neccesery animation for spellcasting etc. SO it wont crash.

Other suggestions for Kensai->Mage:

Ogre-Mage
Djinni (the one with legs)
dang, I had a lot more of these but now I can't think of 'em. Poopie.

No... the Drow animation when you are changed changes you to ELF animation and also changes your skin colour & clothing colours... it doesnt change you to DROW animation.... anyway the Drow animation is quite good No crashing there for me There is only a few that crash the game for me .... and a good animation for a female Mage(Not fighter cause they dont have a fighting animation ) is the Sirine (Nymphs, Dryads etc.)

The Drow didnt crash for me either. Drizzt skin crashes is you give him his own scimitars, but he crashes occeisionally any way. not a good skin.

The shadow-thief is a great animation too

But as much as i like the drow-animation, he has a spear-thingie, and i am dual-wielding swords .. .it doesnt work for me

The shadow-thief only has one sword ... but when he fights, he's allmost dancing Making 360 turns and stuff like that ..it looks pretty damn cool

Hmm I never use the Drizzt skin.... hmm I do like the Black Dragon one though... but its a real problem with gettin through doors obviously .... other from that the djinn one is cool, the Shadow theif one is cool for theives.... I have used that before ....

as for the drow I think that it is a Two-Handed sword... not a Spear (So it was fun for a Drow Paladin I made once)

I did also have some fun charging round as a gibberling and a cat is always fun too

Just make sure you dont dual-class with a shadow-thied appearance

My kensai dualled to mage and suddenly my poor new Mage became invisible and the green circle around him twice as big.... then the game crashed ....
