I was playing in multiplayer game, and we killed Karlat, the bounty-hunter inside the Red Sheaf. I picked up the bounty notice, and noticed that I can put it in my quick items. Curious, I placed it in one of the quick item boxes and clicked on it, it changed my cursor into the one you use to cast spells. When I try to "use" it on some one, my guy walks up to them and nothing happens. This only works on my multiplayer game. What is going on?

It's probably just a bug. What version do you play, I mean: have you patched the game? If you have, then don't seek to much behind it...
