In level 2 were is De'amise Hold? do you have to travel to a different map other than the slums?

Go to the Slums and talk to Gaelyn Bael.

Go to the Copper Coronet and agree to help Nalia.

Go to the City Gates and walk through the gates.

Scroll right on your world map, De'Arnise Keep will be marked there. Click on it to travel there.
