Nalia character(Spoiler?)

Is it just me, or have they changed Nailia's character for TOB? I remember, the last time I went through(didn't finish) Valygar said something to her like,"So, Nalia, you are now one of the mightiest wizards to ever walk the land." I don't remember her reply exactly, but it was something like, get over yourself, V., magic can do good.Then I restarted the game a few days ago, with just my PC'S(no I'm not going to solo, I leave that to you guys) and when I got my pocket plane, I summoned her in, and she says,"I'm not the scared girl you once knew, but a mighty wizard." Her prompts are a little different, too, like"my magic is at your call," . In my old game, I didn't pay any attention, since she was definitely the"Junior Mage" behind mine, who got all the good spells.So, what's up? Am I roleplaying too much?

I don't know this for a fact, just what I recall reading... but the storyline supposedly had Nalia joining a "new" order of wizards that was to replace the cowled wizards. Nalia's talents as a mage, combined with her noble bloodline AND her penchant for helping the less fortunate made her a good fit here.
